Anyone managed to claim warranty from minihelpers?
My ultrawide, bought from their lazada shop in Dec 2021, suddenly have lines and flickering. When I enquire about warranty, they ask me to go xiaomi funan

Yup I went to their service centre at IMM and they fixed it for me for free. Yours, more than one year already, likely need to pay for repair.
But though they fixed it, after 3mths, the monitor got lines again and eventually, whole screen become black with some lines at the top.
Gave up and changed to another ultrawide during 4.4 sale

Bought on March 2023, monitor started having horizontal lines and flickering issues. Holy crap what the heck.

Went to Funan to exchange today. Apparently a lot of people having the same issues. Exchanged one that is supposedly the new batch, hopefully this time can last longer.

My 3yo prism+ x340 still working fine but will not get a VA panel monitor in future.

Get a IPS panel monitor.

I just RMAed 1 month ago and now i have the same issue again.

Maximum regret. When i went to RMA 1month ago, the person still told me it's a new batch and won't have the issue anymore.

Some electronics stuffs like HDD RMA not returning with brand new but refurbished unit, not sure on monitor tough
