TCL 8K OLED that folds into a coffee table. Think its great for smaller size HDBs, Anyone knows when this will be launched?

Great price-to-performance value, but PQ isn't up there with the big 3.
Should be a tier below QM8.

you can contact their TCL CS to check, they will request for your invoice. Mine was a hand me down TV from my dad that broke down, so I figured no harm trying to contact them rather than the tv sitting down there spoilt.

Was told TCL Singapore do not carry the 85" C845 , only the P735 85"

A coffee table that you can't use to put your coffee/food or rest your leg on while you watch TV and anything that you want to put on it while the TV is off has to be taken down when you want to watch TV.

Great for smaller size HDB? Not really, it take up the same amount if not more space than a regular wall mounted OLED TV + coffee table while providing less functionality and anytime you want to watch TV you have to wait 1 minute for it to unfold lol.

I see absolutely no practical reason for this to exist.

They over-allocated their stock and then ask me to cancel my order.
When i purchased it on shopee. It shows 3 stock left.

Then they conveniently tell me that they are oversold.

Machiam you queue for taylor swift concert tix. You managed to snag a ticket (and paid for it) and then the organiser say "seating full already". Ask you cancel.

What should I do ?

So far I feel Shopee and lazada are 2 useless platform. Oversell then u no choice. Seller also can song song cancel also if they put wrong price. No choice one la. Want cheap then that is the risk

Have u tried reinstall the apps ? sometimes it will works to fix some issue by reinstall the apps.
otherwise if TCL site cannot give you answer, you may contact aiqiyi, they also can help you troubleshoot on their end

This is like crazy. if that's the case,mini led should be the main trend in the future.

i don't see people spending so much money now on TV.

mini led is the smart choice.

my current tcl tv is still working. waiting to die and replace a mini led

Yeah. China LEDs have become so good, they're almost on OLED's level ... for a much lower price.
Of course, for the rich, OLED is still king!

The tech is good just the bad after sales service made me steer clear as of now in local scene.

Likewise, TCL SG hasn't given me enough confidence in their warranty support while Hisense SG doesn't give me confidence in their actual product (i.e. same spec TV as US variant of the same name). LOL

I'm going for a Sony LED next.

Same sentiment which was why I chose Sony eventually. Panel changed for me without any hiccup. Technicians came down to verify 1 day after I raised issue to CSO. Unlike certain technician who came over removed tv and without any update for months without hotlines only whatsapp chat lol

You are right. Lucky never get this brand.

Seeing how they handle the situation makes me have no faith in the distributor. Will definitely be sharing with friends and family to not go with this brand.
