Just be honest la. Next time if you try sell your HDB and they say your one is standard so price must cheaper how? then if your friend ask you stay Standard, Plus and Prime? and you say standard mean you low class right?

you buy hdb is for homestay, not for face.

Standard, Plus, Prime - seems like a very divisive thing to moi.

Like putting students in Normal Academic, Normal Tech and Express.
but all eat at the same kopitam, shop at the same ntuc and buy toto/4D at the same outlet. same same but different.

plus and prime sounds the same

all is just another way to carve the small space land....

and sell shrinkflated hdb to lock sinkies in debt and keep them dreaming of being property magnate.

Basically any new flats near MRT or town centres, and those in city area, will be plus/prime housing.

This announcement will make existing resale flats more attractive, with the shorter 5y MOP, no subsidy clawback, and no income restrictions on who you can sell to.

Existing homeowners huat big time, with lub lhl dipdip, gib landslide victory for PE and GE

Mature and non-mature estates overlapping now. So new terms now Standard, Plus and Prime. What next in the pipe after 5 to 10 years.

those current hdb flats around plus / prime areas, resale value jitao upz ?

since future harder to find flats in those areas

Simi Plus, Prime…LHL thinks he’s Disney+ Paramount+ and AppleTV+ ah. HDB flat not subscription based services ok

Plus and prime must wait 10 years to sell pool of buyers are limited

standard flats are older with decaying leases not as attractive as newly MOP flats

demand will drop hence less business for property agents
