should be environment or food or your lifestyle.

If you smoke or drink alcohol, got to stop it.

environment wise no choice, singapore is very humid and dusty (not a lot of trees to block the dust - especially if you live at high floors). Can try go to malaysia and stay there for 1 month and see, as over there is not humid at all. Young age I also had watery nose and sinus every morning, got to take yingqiao every day. Stayed at overseas with 4 seasons and it was cured, due to dry weather and 4 seasons. But doing housework like clearing/tidying things , if no mask, I wll still get watery nose after, for about 30mins-1 hour.

Food wise you need to see for yourself. Here morning I take coffee every day, will have phlegm afterwards, need to cough it out then will be smooth throat after. It is probably too heaty for my body, and yours too.
I go with the line of it attributing primarily to the environment.

I only noticed that I no longer have sinus issues since I changed both living and working environment.

Do I now eat healthier? Of course not, since I'm simply too lazy to go through the steps of preparing whatever healthy soups or food. Don't go back to the family home just for the reason of having healthier meals either.

My nephews and nieces all started having sinus with their parents after they moved from their original to a new home. From one ulu (more quiet) place to a new "surrounded by good schools" one. Every morning is like a symphony.

So I strongly believe environment is the primary cause.

I believe it's the environment.
Aircon too strong or dusty, my sinus will appear. Normally just block nose.

I know for sure my lungs are weak.
Will try the Chinese remedy.
I can’t go swimming. Will feel breathless

last time when I drove into those shipyard areas, I felt breathless too..

Going into dusty places will trigger runny nose too.

Hay fever. Taking turmeric by mouth seems to reduce hay fever symptoms such as sneezing, itching, runny nose, and congestion.
This is interesting, I'm taking curcumin supplement for joint problem.

Turmeric is a common spice that comes from the root of Curcuma longa. It contains a chemical called curcumin, which might reduce swelling.

Spices! I forgot to mention that I take quite a bit of spicy foods whenever available. Not just chili (Vit C) type of spicy, but real spices.

That's why over in JB and beyond, I often visit Indian Muslim joints. The smell and sight of spices cooking easily catch my attention. And back home whenever I feel like going vegetarian, I look for Indian vegetarian stalls (simply more veggies) instead of Chinese ones (oily/fried foods temptation).

You eat indian food got lots of turmeric but actually curcumin not easy to adsorb in our body. Next time add black pepper, it will help us adsorb better.

Hope everything goes well !
I assume nothing major coz they WhatsApp me the report is ready for collection. Either they email me or I visit the clinic and consult doctor. I chose the latter and they told me their operating hours and all.

Hopefully, never kana cancer or what. If not will have to follow the advice here and start drinking fruit juices.

Woman checks into Johor Airbnb, only to find out it's a shelter for the chronically ill::
https://www.asiaone.com/singapore/w...bnb-only-find-out-its-shelter-chronically-ill

Not reading the link yet since rushing out...

She didn't read or look for reviews as advised by @Andrew833 gor gor?
Already must read reviews, too few reviews also be careful, as it may be review by own people or paid reviews.
Also best to check where is the condo before booking. You pay for it to relax not get scare, so don’t research you can’t blame others.
There no sure thing as all fully booked, no hotel also got Airbnb and apartment.

Anyone has good hair salon for treatment/rebonding to recommend in JB area? Tried to do research and saw many hair salons have high reviews, but when you filter the reviews by Lowest, can see that most reviews are "forced" ...

Try to research those in the mall further away from City Sq. Sometimes I just die die go and try first, then can know their price and standard.
