Nope. Most of the new houses have this layout so installation is all done this way unless they decide to pull the inlet / outlet to the other side but that will require owners to hack the floor tiles and overlay which many of the new owners do not want because they got to spend extra money.
So did stitch pm you about his issue? If so what was his issue? Can resolve?

Then how does the onyx work if it is truly tankless? Can share?
Bro when you press for water to dispenser, it will start to pump water out from the tap, that is why there is a delay of around 2 to 3 secs before water flow out. When you are there at the showroom, there is a demo unit where you able to see the inside of the unit, there is no tank to store the water. i m not the expert, hopefully I answer your question.

To me the cold temps are important. So far the lowest a brand can do is 4c. Not sure why can’t it be lower like 2-3c as my experience of using such machine is that the coldest is just achievable for that few second of dispense and the more it dispense the less cold it will get. The part (motor?) that is making water cold will also get less effective/efficient over time too. This is why I only go for those that can do 4c and below.

I see this cuckoo brand only mention specs about hot temp but no info about cold temp at all throughout the entire web so when the salesperson told me it can do 4c I am already quite skeptical Liao (trying to anyhow smoke).

Anyone tried those brand like raslok, wow etc that can be found on shopee? Selling ard $300 only.. Other than the looks and design, how does those selling at $1-2k differentiate themselves? Is it worth the price difference?

You can check out the shop at IMM, happen the saw this brand ytd. Another brand is Fuji, only 300+ with installation, filter is $100/set much lower than raslok. Con is it is quite plain looking and pretty huge.

Probably quite hard to instantly reduce temp to 4c especially when dispensing moderate amount unless output flow is restricted. Some uses cold storage tank to solve this issue, but will increase power consumption.

Hi everyone,

I am hit with my bummer when I was told by my plumber it is difficult to fix an outlet pipe from most water dispensers which require outlet. What are the possible workarounds? Thanks.

Question: for those who buy the direct pipe type of machine, are u worried that you’ll be locked into the brand? Like if filters raise price by a lot, or if they no longer sell the filters, then the machine will become useless… especially if buying the smaller brands?

actually from my understanding that almost all dispenser also become less cold as you dispense out more water. Every morning, I will top up 1,000ML of water, the first 500ML sure no issue but when I start to dispense out the balance 500ML, it will not be as cold liao. But ok lah too much cold water not good for body also... haha

purehan is 550 instead of 500 i think, annoying for me cause its just slightly over my bottle

I tried a Happie dispenser yesterday at a friend's place. The delay in dispensing hot water (85 degrees) is about 5-8 seconds. The touch buttons are not very responsive.

I intend to get Well’s The One at the coming Taka promo. It’s too pretty to pass up.
But there’s the issue of cutting the hole and higher cost of water bill. Does that trump aesthetic?
