Anyone else having high packet loss on 10g?
So it’s this issue that causes my internet to have random dc since Friday. My issue was sort of resolved since Sunday as no more dc encounter.29/10/2023 21:28 PM : Our vendor will roll back the activity that was performed last Friday, October 27, 2023 later at 1.30AM.
They suspect this prior maintenance upgrade caused the internet connection issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will provide an update as soon as possible once we have new information.
29/10/2023 10:15 AM : Our vendor have found some mis-match in the Line card. They are analysing the logs for further troubleshooting. 28/10/2023 17:56 PM : Our network team suspects our network node is dropping the ARP request from our gateway to the router. They are still doing some further investigation. Next update at 19:00PM

Still getting the rubbish packet loss even after power cycle.

Thanks! I will try Malus vpn.Try use a going-into-China VPN like Transocks or Malus VPN. This is a known issue of MR and VQ.
