29/10/2023 21:28 PM : Our vendor will roll back the activity that was performed last Friday, October 27, 2023 later at 1.30AM.
They suspect this prior maintenance upgrade caused the internet connection issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will provide an update as soon as possible once we have new information.

29/10/2023 10:15 AM : Our vendor have found some mis-match in the Line card. They are analysing the logs for further troubleshooting. Our network team and vendor are still working hard for fixing the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will provide an update as soon as possible once we have new information.

28/10/2023 22:00 PM : Our network team and vendor are still hard at work fixing the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We will provide an update as soon as we have new information.

28/10/2023 17:56 PM : Our network team suspects our network node is dropping the ARP request from our gateway to the router. They are still doing some further investigation. Next update at 19:00PM

28/10/2023 16:45 PM : Our network team is still investigating the issue together with our vendor. We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

28/10/2023 13:05 PM : Our network team is still investigating the issue together with our vendor. Next update will be at 3.30PM

28/10/2023 11:11 AM : We are aware of a potential network broadband connectivity issue affecting some of our 10Gbps customers around Northern area of Singapore. Our network team is currently investigating and we will share an update on the situation when we have more information.

So it’s this issue that causes my internet to have random dc since Friday. My issue was sort of resolved since Sunday as no more dc encounter.

Mine should be this as direct from ont no issue and issue seems to be ont to router:

oof, i can recontract MR 10gbps but not gonna to, They still havie not fix my WoW latency issue

I'm still getting 40-60% packet loss. The agent says mine is not related to the issue everyone is facing and just ask me to send them the ping reports and then kena ghost.

ahahahah i 1gbs still haven resolve since 2 weeks ago. DC every 5 min. I live chat and they say line test fail and ask me to called technical support. I was like you are not tech support? Then now i called and its 25 min in and still waiting. I really regret taking up myrepublic 2 weeks ago.

Their vendor is SH since MR lease the 10G fibre broadband from the parent company?

dual wan load balance not stable, it work for around 10 minutes, then it totally cant connect to internet, both WAN still shows connected. but it just cant connect to internet at all.

Using AX11000 pro, LAN1 from ONT is connecting to primary WAN, LAN 2 from ONT is connecting to secondary WAN (10gbps LAN/WAN), port 2 and port 3 are connected as AI MESH. Any configuration that I should take care on?

Try use a going-into-China VPN like Transocks or Malus VPN. This is a known issue of MR and VQ.
Thanks! I will try Malus vpn.

Today got new issue. My wifi keep getting disconnected due to private dns not accessible. I was on cloudflare for the past few years. I change to dns.google also connect awhile then disconnected. Only by turning off private dns then my phone wifi can work properly. MR issue again?
