For novita?
Ya their newer models. Older one can still dispense water. Of cos don’t forever not change the filter la..but for some situation where the usage isn’t heavy, there’s no need to restrict the dispense just because it hasn’t been changed after the timer.

Thanks for the heads up. Will be booking a demo with livingcare to confirm then =)

Hi there, so sorry you had to go through this unpleasant experience but like you mentioned, if really unable to install, we will refund you but you did not even let my technician go up to your place for a free site inspection and you claim that it is not possible to install? And you also requested for the refund after purchasing Livingcare’s dispenser which I think that is unfair tho. Didn’t CaseTrust also rejected your case?
Your facts are wrong bro. Your so called management took so long to respond to me so what you expect me to do. Anyway I have nothing against the product, functions all ok, just that there is indeed an un-mentioned tank within but still you guys market as tank-less. I'm chill with that. I'm only pissed with your sales technique. That sales person never provide details about the refund policy. Only when we requested for the refund then out came all those house visit and mandatory inspection to deter us.

If the product is clean and good, just come clean and be out-front and honest, don't resort to shady sales tactics.

Good morning to you all this is another's horrible experience about Happie after recommended so many people buying from them they always give different price and different gift some will get three year free filter and some will get two year free filter and the price can be from $1400 to $1688 please take notes. If you think you wanted to buy try your best to fight with them for the price and free gift.

so why are you still not giving me your info so my guys can go up to your house to fix your dispenser if you are really a Happie customer lol.
On the day your guys already came and fixed but not much different.
Also the day your guy came late and messed up schedule. I do not have so much time to sit home and wait for you.

Do not trust too much that Google review. Sometimes it's too good to be Trust.

true, novita despite their high endorsement, bought review on google by throwing carrot of free gift to user that left them reviews, instead of resolving their lemon defects model in circulation and making all their customer into the 6 month pain repeatedly and always acting ignorant its user fault

Weird story here. @Happie Joshua claims you never tried to contact their technicians nor give him your details. Don't know who to believe.

I bought a unit recently but there was no discount for writing a google review. My friend bought and the unit couldn't fit into her kitchen, Happie gave a refund. Another friend is using and happy with the dispenser. So overall, everyone I knew was happy with the product.

Hi all

I have went through every post in this thread, seems like Livingcare/Wells/Hydroflux are rather popular here.

Is there a reliable water dispenser in the market that does not use filters?
I believe SG water is more than safe to drink without additional filtration, and would like the convenience of hot/cold water without paying for filter replacements.

Not likely, most vendors depend on the filters for profit, almost like subscription service.

So for all these brands, if you don't change the filter, what will happen? Will the machine stop operating or dispensing entirely like what some HP printers do? Are the filters washable or something like that

Honestly I agree - filters are not necessary, though I do appreciate the ability to get hot and cold water at the push of a button.
