Can i ask if the tempered glass is glued to the case protector? Or is it a seperate item? If it is glued, did you remove your original front screen protector before you put on this case?

for me, I didn't remove front screen protector so there are some watery marks with the case glass over it.

I'm gonna try removing the case glass if protector, I think it's fine to just use the original SP.

Not glued. It is a tempered glass screen protector and just rests on the screen perfectly with no bubble. And yes, the manufacturer advised to remove existing screen protector.

i say if the damage is due to my fault or water ingress or wat nonsense , will it void this 2 year warrenty. abit extreme to make my point la ...

I asked it cos i seen in the other sub forums , knn service center say the spine a bit scratch or wat nonsense to reject inner screen claims.

but the oppo sales like confident only, say any damages.

if this is true , why yall bother with the thick protection , unless some of you like to flip it after some months usage or when next version is out ?
Oppo sales staff in the store and the support team from Oppo have been giving a lot of conflicting responses...I don't even know who to trust anymore. The most prudent thing to do is to be cautious in the way you handle the phone. So long as it is not due to negligence, Oppo should honor the repair/replacement of parts or screen protector. No need to be overtly worried about all these things, start to enjoy using the phone. That's why you bought the phone in the first place.

I must say it feels real good to use naked esp the black version as there is some grip
Agreed...the new case I'm rocking does add a heft to the overall weight and I definitely can feel it. We are always in a dilemma when it comes to protecting an expensive foldable phone vs going "naked" and risking getting dink from accidental drop and bang. This will eventually affect the resale value when we decide to trade in the phone.

I did not buy the protection care as I foresee there will be better foldable phones out there starting next year. So likely will be selling my N3 when the time comes. :)

For your experience does the online support seem to be a lot better than your experience with the service centre? The service centre is quick to decline and deny service in my experience.

I not a N3 user la, but if i am paying for something , i better get the value as promised.

not that i will deliberately damage it la, i dun think anyone will do that after shelling out $2k over on a device.

But the moment you need to fall on this paid service and they start to snake their way out, thats when you will get dulan.
