Ecovacs t9 app sux

if u lose wifi connection, or robot stuck
map will also need to remap
u need to phsyically relocate the damn whole thing to another area in your house
and the map will go back to normal

stupid vacumn also can get stuck, if the damn vacuum can enter this area why u cannot get out of this area
useless software
Yes unfortunately, Ecovacs is very demanding for good wifi coverage, else the map lost issue will be frequent. T9 LDS and positioning is real-time even when carried, so locating should be pretty fast within 3 sec the moment you put on the floor. However to ensure all these, the home wifi must have all coverage, at least a 3/5 bar for stability. This is something Ecovacs cannot fix over the years for all models.
The issue which I believe is their backend system which their dynamic update is also the cause for map corruption.

Hi, anyone using mijia mjstp and faced problems of robot constantly notifying that it is stuck even though there are no foreign objects in the wheels or brush?

Every brand models with auto empty bin motor runs on direct current so voltage is either 120 or 240V. So L30 or equivalent sold in Amazon are likely 120V. Same goes for any form of vacuum cleaner, iron and coffee maker.
Models with only mop wash tank may be usable because they runs with adaptor to DC with range of 120-240.

If you guys are interested in a cheaper version of the Dreame L20 Ultra with the same features such as the swing out mop for closer to the wall mopping, Roborock has just released the Q-Revo MaxV.
It's white in colour.
Edit: Finally found the link to the Shopee/Lazada post. Originally saw it as a Facebook sponsored ad post.

https://www.lazada.sg/products/gran...-3d-ai-mapping-i2945519220-s20256829338.html?

It will be a way cheaper alternative with probably better suction than the L20 Ultra which may place it above the Dreame L20 Ultra.

When you are still pondering to buy Dreame L10 or L20, Dreame China has launched their model 30. Model 30 comes with roller brush hair cutting feature and a self scrubbing washing bin.
Roborock China launched the P10 Pro sub model with auto extend mop pad for edge cleaning.
is p10 the same as q -revo max v?

Find from Taobao? Some of the 3rd party parts like not working as good as the original ones.
Well, some things need to compromise on quality. But you must be selective in what to compromise. Mop pads why need super high quality? Spoil just throw. But things like filter will affect your unit, so might not want to go 3rd party.

You have to decide which part you want to save on.

For myself, I buy original from TB flagship for brush and brush cover because most generic are more noisy because of the plastic use. Filter and detergent, I use generic brand. For mop round pad, I am selective because I prefer some of the oem design better than original. Like I prefer fluffy one over those with blob mop hair type. Battery, most of time no choice except to buy better feedback ones. Sometimes those claimed original are not.

Remember to take out and wash the roller, then clean the inside of the robot properly. If not, 吸了不会干净,抹了也不干净。

Dreame is geolock. If you do not see people mention model here, it means lock. So are most models now, including Narwal.

i got Narwal J4 as a gift from china. I manage to fix the geolock, able to add it to the App. If anyone is interested to know, just PM me

Narwal J4 is the latest version. Narwal Freo = J3 in china

What is a no frills sweeping robot for parents? Preferably less than $500-600.
Except Ecovacs (map corrupt issue). Xiaomi are ok. Only buy those with spinning Lidar. If you want remote control, then have to got with old series ILife A10, but lifespan questionable.

How does xiaomi s10 compare to s10+ and viomi v2 max? 4rm hdb, vacuum only, not using mop function cause of mold issues.

These 3 models are within my budget. Thanks

Go for Roborock? Maybe one of the order models like S8. I have not used before but given popular sentiments on Roborock, it'll unlikely be wrong. I saw this on Lazada and should be going under $600?

Check out Roborock Q8 Max Robot Robotic Vacuum Cleane...at 56% off!$569.90 only!Get it on Lazada now! | https://s.lazada.sg/s.YV1m7

I myself am a Ecovac T9 user. I know a lot complain about its map going off when the WiFi connection drops. I suppose I am a lucky one and have very few experiences of that.

I am waiting to try Roborock Q Revo or later model but so far robot still going well after 2yrs so can't justify spending but its always in my shopping cart hahahhaa
