Anyone using airbot L108S pro ultra?

Currently my mopping seems to be having issue, the mop pads are intermittent wet... Sometimes working well sometimes totally dry when mopping.

Item still under warranty but too bulky to sent in for servicing...

Anyone can share how to fix? Thanks 👍

I just encountered the dreaded **** smear catastrophe...

Cat poop on the floor got smeared around, I walked out of bedroom and wonder how come suddenly the cat **** smell is so strong despite the litterbox being clean.

Where could the **** be? Then my gaze fell onto the robot and my heart skipped a beat

'No no no, not this please...' I desperately hoped as I paused the robot and with a great deal of dread, flipped it over.

It was true, what could go wrong had gone wrong

Fastforward an hour of mopping, brushing, scrubbing and copious amounts of tissue and deodorizing spray.

I realize that while almost everything can be removed/replaced or is accessible by tweezers, toothbrush and tissue, the bloody wheels cannot be removed, so the wheel tread had to be painstakingly toothbrushed, whereas the housing of the wheels are not accessible at all, but thankfully any poo that might potentially be smeared around inside is also not visible.

I am using the S10+ right now. It has been 2 years. I mop the floor once a week and vacuum 3 times per week.

I clean / sun the mop after every use and empty the dustbin weekly.

I have thoughts of upgrading to those vacuum with cleaning stations. However, the mop pads still have to be clean / sun after every use and the dustbin have to be empty monthly to prevent odours?

If that is the case, I don't see much benefits to upgrade to those robots with self cleaning stations for my use case. Any thoughts ?

No need. I can vacuum and mop everyday without any servicing except monthly to empty the bin. But mine is connected to water pipe and drainage pipe too.

Do you dispose your robot cleaner after getting a new one? My old one still works after 5 years but definitely not as efficient as new.

I dump in on Carouhell. Someone will buy it for parts...little green effort here instead of just trashing it.
