Yes Far-ting slow.

I placed a order for a portable screen last Friday 1st Dec afternoon. It's a ready stock from some SLS shop.

Till today 9th, 6:15pm still never receive.

I checked my shoppee tracking. The item was pickup on 4th Dec morning.
It stated there the delivery was not able to proceed on 6th. And SPX will try to redelivery within next 24-48hours.

Phui.
😒😒😒 don’t know what are they even doing

Thought I was the only one. This started in that past month based on my own experience.

4 days from china to reach sg and clear sg customs. But 3 days to arrive at delivery point for me to collect. Weird

my experience with spx, collection point usually ok leh.

quite fast and accurate. might be zone / area problem.

Where to review them? On Shopee or

on shopee, after u received your item u will write review on the item. at the bottom, there is a rating for delivery service. I put 1 star.
there was once which I got angry, I even slammed the spx delivery guy in the item review, calling him an idiot...
but I have to say some spx delivery guy were really good and responsible.

If you had selected the collection point for your parcel, the parcel might have reached the collection point and the collection point staff might missed out keying the info into shopee system.

It happened to me a few days ago.You can try using the "live" chat in shoppe to track and expedite your parcel delivery. at least this method works for me.

everyone ish taking leave at year end, including delivery personnel... :crazy:

i saw they just leave the parcel at the lift landing. u maciam can just go and kope.

At least yours was moving, can reach the stage of out for delivery.

My item was supposed to receive on 7 Dec, now still in Delivery Hub (East).
