hmm.. watching is good enough.. what is there to be poison about? it's all in your mindset, have some discipline, unless you really needs a 4090 as a work horse, then no need to be poison, just whack as your revenue will come back.

watched too much will weaken mindset & affect self discipline

i thought recession coming, need to prep

saw 2080S can do the same for less power consumption, cost/fps but about 10~20 fps less.

btw how to generate that smoke to check airflow?

No idea on the smoke thing. I only do theraml test, more practical. then fine tune case fans rpm .. the amount in = the amount out = good thermal results.

Definition of best? There is no best RTX4070Ti super to buy. It depend on what brands you like, which distro is nearer to you etc. Performance wise, all perform similarly.

Each brand also have their own infamous reputation...
MSI buggy bios? Zotac... cheap components? Gigabyte... PCB crack? Asus... coil whine? how?

so 4090 already about 4K++
i shall stop watching all 4090 ultra max setting gameplay, really can poison my mind

dont forget you need an OLED monitor or TV to really get the best out of your 4090 in Ultra settings and HDR....and the joke is its not enough GPU power at 4k (need DLSS to run at a "downgraded" mode, CP2077 cannot even run at a decent Frame Rate at 4K DLSS quality mode)
