Wah. Piety son.
My parents sacrifice for me a lot

They have including me 5 kids. 2 boys 3 girls
2 sisters married overseas. Currently sahm. One sister green card in the states. Brother police inspector. I'm the eldest.

Last time I throw my 2 kids with them and my wife and go overseas to work. Spend half my working life overseas to chiong career thanks to them.

So I promise to myself whatever I make from my jobs. I give them 20% of my take home pay every month.

I see. Didn't know so serious for you.

Please ignore my ignorance suggestion for controlling on food expenditure.
Not a problem bro. I don't expect anyone who is not having my lifestyle to understand what are the problems associated with that lifestyle.

Big gains in strength also have some troublesome problems and inconvenience. Boh bian one

I think entertainment expenditure is crazy high these days.

Entertainment is like my no. 4 expenses

Gambling is my no. 3 expenses
I lump ent and gambling together as I think gambling itself is a form of entertainment.
I spend alot on lottery, sometimes up to 5k a mth, last time gpgt, but realise people dw to see you win, the negative vibe welly stronk here.
Sg entertainment is boring and expensive. Nth much to do yet everything is so expensive.

Yeah. Your parents really love you as they did so much for you. Thank for sharing your story bro.

Thanks for sharing your top 3 expenditure, bro.

From your no. 1 to no. 3 expenditures, I can gain some meaningful insights and understand why these expenditure are your top 3 expenditure and there a good reason behind it.

For me...I spent alot on myself...I think I should start giving my parents.

Oh you lump them together.

I separated them because I think I can control myself my going less entertainment places.

Seriously the entertainment places in Singapore really getting boring like you say.

No wonder people are going overseas.

My grabfood 1mth 2k+
Different ppty fees alr 1k+ a month.
Got a car and a bike that I don't drive nor ride much.
Entertainment for single men ish welly expensive in sg. 1 night ktv or lounge 1k gone, hope these nights are no more. Don't even start talking about degenerate gambling.
This ish a sad thread, too much reminder of how I keep making the wrong life choices.
Are you going to make changes?

Yes entertainment is the same every spot in sg. Too clinical, everything is overly controlled or just expensive. Excluding 'speculative trading' that I don't count as gambling. Hahahaha. That's investment, even when I'm wrong

I don't know. I'm also paying alimony and child support. That's why I'm so anti gahmen. Probably will take away gambling for this year and see how. But cny alr lost quite big in the casinos.
So your savings are at least enough for you to sustain your lifestyle without working?
