Actually I did try using NordVPN with the box & it seems alot better in streaming, although not 100% smooth, but far better than w/o VPN, it stalls or repeats until a reloading comes in, but sometimes can be quite ok but never last entire 90mins. Will see if the VPN does help, need to monitor further.
I have been playing with many iptv app. Iptv Extreme, Ott navigator, ott player, smartiptv and
recently many chinese iptv app such as DIYP, TVbox, Tbox, TV and many other.
What i have experiene is that IPTV playlist server streaming make a major different in the stream quality and stability, however i have also notice the type of iptv player make a different too. The soft codec play a part to the streaming quality as well.
VPN is to filter off the ip address so that isp will not filter and disrupt the streaming which also play a part is streaming quality.
However, a good VPN cost too.
To sum up how to get a good stream.
Consider a VPN but some VPN actually slowdown your transfer bits as it has to be enrouted to another location before returning.
Get a good link - a good link from a powerful server provide a high level of stability
Get a good iptv app - this is very important as a well design iptv app are able to cache the streaming and buffer it so the user is not aware when there is a delay is bandwidth.
Here is a very good player app which i like to share, however it can only be navigated by a mouse and the app is developed by unknown source it is advisable not to installed on HP. I guess tv box or smart TV should be ok
