Buy own stay is perfectly ok but take into consideration high interest and high maintenance.

If nobody rent have to tank all the repayment+interest+ maintainance
Let say 1.1m one month 4.5k + maintainance 500. Nobody rent payable

Buy for investment with ABSD. Bad time

Yea but still need to see which project... Some project is lose 1 arm and leg one... And also I see Feng Shui so to me if Feng Shui cannot cheap also cannot buy... End of the day must stay and in good form... No point buying a good property but stay a few years and a lot problem come up

I find that you are self contradictory in your reply. A property which can't earn good profits for its owner is not a good Feng shui property.

So your best bet is to buy a bad Feng Shui property now (owner don't make much profits) and sell when the fengshui turns good (you make profits).
