Tis time I used chinese rose wine (玫瑰露) and maltose (麦芽糖) to make the char siew. Marinated overnight then air fried.

Cooked a simple 油鸡饭 using chicken broth, ginger, garlic, spring onion and lemongrass.

Top wif the char siew, caixin and a runny sunny side up to make into simplified version 黯然销魂饭。

黯然销魂饭本质是“叉烧煎蛋饭”,即在叉烧饭加上荷包蛋、洋葱及青江菜。由于《食神》的剧情中提到黯然销魂饭加有可使人流泪的洋葱,有人认为没有加入洋葱的只能叫做“叉蛋饭”

猪肉要肥才可销魂,TS 算是和格

其实,我不是很满意。因为买不到 "不见天",只能将就用三层肉。觉得还是不见天叉烧比较好吃
