[GPGT] Dinner - Honey-Glazed Char Siew + Simplified 黯然销魂饭

Tis time I used chinese rose wine (玫瑰露) and maltose (麦芽糖) to make the char siew. Marinated overnight then air fried.

Too much fat...

I like leaner cuts.

Cooked a simple 油鸡饭 using chicken broth, ginger, garlic, spring onion and lemongrass.

Top wif the char siew, caixin and a runny sunny side up to make into simplified version 黯然销魂饭。

Use the chicken printed bowl instead of plate :o

Looks more convincing if the food is put into a bowl,plus a pair of chopsticks
