If 1st May I take train then probably won’t jam right? Perhaps train maybe the most ideal solution

Just submit with info to the best of your knowledge. Coming back a couple of days' difference doesn't matter. What matters is filing without much thought and when questioned by immigration, "I don't know, not sure, anyhow fill one."

Where is the best place to take Grab after causeway immigration? Best as in safe, got shade, sufficient space for Grab car to stop, not too crowded, easy to spot and be spotted by driver.

JB airbnb most increase price by SGD10 to 20, not considered not cheap.
Now need to find new option liao.

Notch trolling but in moi opinion and experience the best place to take Grab in CIQ ish CIQ Jalan Jim Quee itself. A good practice ish for Rider to pay attention at Grab app to look out for driver and flag to get driver attention. :o

Afaik, only 2 countries care about your exact exit date, Russia and North Korea.

The rest of the countries, as long you don't overstay your social visit visa limitations, they don't care when u exit, even if it's past your declared exit date.

Yes, rent increase too much liao.
If price more ex than hotel, may as well book hotel. Just that some area don't have better hotel to choose.
For example, Mount Austin airbnb S$103, hotel nearby only S$70, sure will choose hotel.
For example, Paradigm mall area airbnb S$91, hotel nearby S$125, no choice but to choose airbnb. Unless that hotel really worth that extra dollar.
