Dc fan not lasting. Ac fan only half the price.

its like the LED bulb argument, LED lasts forever but the electronics circuitry dont or lousy quality. Hence DC Fan also same thing, need eletronics circuitry and poor quality ones might not last. Whilst AC fan has no electronics, they mainly use capacitors to change speed.

standing one use for around 3 years spoil. buy another. table one 7 years and still running. everyday use never spoil yet. but those seldom use end up spoiling.
