I think your condition needs careful calibration and monitoring..
Do what works for u and adjust accordingly.

I'm combined managed by SGH Transplant Centre, both TTSH and CGH General Surgery and Renal Unit.

I was a type 2 high resistence insulin dependent diabetic patient with 3 high out of control before the bariatric surgery which magically cured the 3 highs but due to long term high blood sugar damage done to my kidney, my kidney started to fail when I have my 2 kneecaps broken and went for titanium implant to regain my mobility, the amount of painkillers overloaded my kidney. No choice I opt for kidney dialysis, 3 times a week in a private dialysis centre which costs me approx $3000 a month, and I'm in hemodialysis for almost 4 years.

Just 2024 alone for the first 3 months, I have 3 hospitalizations which 2 of it require surgery and 1 laser surgery to both eyes at SNEC.

Prease check the measurement hardware & the consumables used are okay, before expiry date. Some where might be not right and not your body. Is your blood sample contaminated during measurement??

Our daily meat intake limited to one palm size...but I always can't remember it's for one meal or per day

General guideline for Protein per meal:
Meat : palm size
Eggs x 2
Egg x 1 + cheese x 1
Ham x 1 + cheese x 1
Etc

Egg : allow 4 whites without yolks

Earlier on u are going to ur company doctor, how come end up at TTSH?

Doctor refer u to hospital?

How come TS you end up in hospital? I thought you are just seeing a doctor to explain your results ?

But from what I see, your hba1c for the most recent test is really high. That neans the last 2-3 months your diet you never control well. Really need to control.

Talk to the doctor for advice. They can better help you. Best to see a endocrine specialist and dietian to help plan your meals and answer your plans and questions

The TTSH doc checked my saikang and it is black tar
I didn't mentioned here these days because I was thinking Metformin might be the cause since I ever experienced black stools years back ,that's why I stopped
The company doc is certain that my stomach is bleeding,so he quickly referred me to hospital A&E

Be patient and stick to your diet, your liver needs time to rehabilitate.

Waa... Black stool is serious business. Means there is ulcer or intestine bleeding. Will need to do gastroscopy to find out where is bleeding internally. Hopefully no need to do colonoscopy.
