Like buffering effect. But have to listen to those with more experience.

I don't like to see Dr in general so I try to eat well in general n exercise. But for those who want to drink green tea daily for good health... green tea can cause anemia because it can affect iron absorption.

I also suggest TS can do some meditation since he is free now.

TS, when u r laying on ur bed, be thankful for what u have. Even breathing, we so take for granted. Then thank ur body n cell that's working hard for u. I know some people will find this stupid but instead of 胡思乱想，use this opportunity to count ur blessings.

Oh my! Who does she listen to? Get that person to talk to her to go see a specialist ASAP.

I have tried talking her out to go for treatment. Even poly clinic doctor couldn’t convince her.

Told her to add only child name to her HDB else she will have nothing cos hubby is an alcoholic n gambler. She is not listening too…

Her only girl suffers depression cos relationships problem n has ballooned to our Hk late Lydia Sum size and is unemployed though graduated with an Arts degree…

I still eat rubbish sometimes but will include alot of colourful vegetables esp purple one. Don't add sugar to my coffee n tea n soy milk. But will drink sugar cane juice once a while.
