One dr say it's the chlorophyll, the darker the vege leaf, the better.
So these are the superior vege, not the potatoes.
This morning I go buy spinach. Going to stir fried it with 3 others green vegetables at home for dinner tonight. At the side I still have corn, purple cabbage n tomato. Eat with whatever my mom cooks. If she's not cooking, I will eat with sandwich. Previously if nothing at home, I just eat whatever at home. Sometimes only 1 type of veg or no veg at home. Now I will stock up vegetables, wash n eat with my meal. Cannot be lazy. I still want to know what is one piece before I die.

HbA1c is a measure of glycated hemoglobin
How many % has glucose attached to the hemoglobin. More stable measure of average glucose level in blood. Your RBCs live for 3 months thats why usually only check every 3 months to see change.

But you can also do regular glucometer readings for real time data.

I am sure you will be put on Januvia or Forxiga at least. Likely also Jardiance or Invokana too.

Yeah will just guai guai eat medicine till my BS goes to normal, then I'll consult doc to see can I stop taking it

500mg twice a day means 1000mg a day

Diabetes is a long term illness, there is no such thing as you guai guai take med, your Blood Sugar will go back normal and you can stop taking med and be like a normal healthy human.

This normal is just temporary, once you start luan luan jiak or stop taking diabetes med, your Blood Sugar will be haywire again.

I just want to eat clean whenever I'm hungry ,eat fibre (no fruits till my BS is in normal range) to pangsai
Everyday got good carbs, fibre, fats,proteins, calcium, iron intakes ,I am good
Ts don’t do fasting.
Even with no appetite, must eat something:
The stomach is working without stopping and gastric juices will secrete as per normal. With an empty stomach, gastric juices will “eat” your stomach lining and cause ulcer and lastly cancer

Can also. But I think that one more for those who go hypoglycemic too low below 4. Otherwise no real need for such regular up to date real time data.
Very low glucose is even more dangerous than high. Can go into coma brain die person die.
Unusual these days with the types of medicines used. But could still happen with some people metabolism. Or those insulin dependent. And difficult to manage diabetes.

I ever watched a taiwan video that say IF is no good, then many viewers bashed him by leaving angry comments. Those are the ppl who gain health by doing IF. Someone said he was a doc who might got paid by pharma companies to demote IF.

Thousand years ago, our ancestors didn't lead a 3 meals life, they only eat when they can find food. 3MAD only started after industrial revolution. Biologically we are the same as our ancestors, life has changed but our body structure remains.

veggies last us longer and digest slower allowing more time to the next meal.

I stand firm that Intermittent fasting brings more harm than good and is a short cut to weight loss but is also an unknowing health loss…

The following veggies needed to be lightly blanch before cooking it in usual way to rid of the oxalate which is harmful to kidney …

Try to stock up those veggies that is eaten at korean bbq that wraps with meat to eat. This veggie is ez to eat alone. Have a small serving of it before eating your breakfast or other meals.

Potatoes is starchy veggie.

Ts, if eat starchy veggie, eat in small quantity and forgot carbohydrates like rice or bee hoon. Stop all the yellow noodles n instant noodles.

Breakfast 8am (eat full)
2 hrs after breakfast 7-9

Before lunch 5-7
Lunch 1pm (eat full)
2 hrs after lunch 7-9

Before Dinner 6-8
Dinner 6pm (eat 70% full)

Before Sleep 5-7
Sleep at 12 midnight

Oh, thanks . I nv blanch. I only know cannot eat with soy. Hope my kidneys r ok.

CGM as in Continueous Glucose Monitoring?

TS can try FreeStyle Libre, the sensor 1 month change 1 time, a piece of flat round button with a needle in the middle, press the needle into your flesh and stick a waterproof tegederm over the sensor. Bath with it, sleep with it. Walk through security gate may trigger alarm, then roll up sleeve to show them the sensor. Good for patient that need to take multiple readings within a day, just move meter over the sensor and press 1 time to take reading, want to view or dont is up to patient, end of day just upload the data to cloud. After a few months of taking, your doctor will ask you to provide the result for him to diagnose your trend.

Disadvantage is you cannot cheat, 1 can of coke will show spike after drinking and some strict doctor will F you for it.
