This thread actually inspired me to do more for health. I'm health conscious in general but sometimes I'm lazy.

From what I gather from this thread, TS could simply suddenly sayonara if his company Dr didn't tell him to go A&E. Then with so many people drop dead at home of late, life is so unpredictable.
Thank his good Dr. Saved his life.

I believe he does not need any advice at all.

I am afraid, I don't believe him. I don't even believe his list of the food he took. Some of the members who are diabetic and giving him the advice he actually does not need may well RIP long before him. All I can say is that he is getting a lot of attention here. Lol!
Does that make him an attention wh0re? :s13:

Most people just want to hear the things they like.

When it comes to changing lifestyle etc there is a lot of this.

Which is why there are SO MANY different formulas and plans that are this best that best. Depends who likes what.

Keto. Paleo. Atkins. Vegan. Low carb. Mediterranean. Etc etc etc Even workouts. So many.

Too much exercise also causes more free radical production. Cancer.

Yeah it is low
0.5
But I hope it goes up 24h after my infusion which is later 230pm

No stool
Oh you havent had your first infusion yet?
So i did go up.

Ok my orignal guess was from 7.6 after transfusion 8.4 to 9.6. So i might still be right. Closer to 10 then you can go home.

Yesterday 1 pack.
I think he meant today 2:30pm is 24hr elapsed since first transfusion.

I had earlier predicted doc will give 2 packs.

But don't know the reading now of 8.1 as at 5+am is it stabilised
Glucose level is obviously high after each meal. You take already the number will be high. This part you understand?

Already said no need to measure so many times.

Measure in the morning just after you've woken up. This reading will be > 6 to 8 hours without food.

TS had fasted for many hours while waiting for endoscopy and his serum glucose taken at hospital is still very high.

IF will not work for him, his brain will signal his liver to pump more glucose into his bloodstream during the fasting period. His pancrea is already overwork.
The video said IF is NOT GOOD.

I m telling ts Not to do fasting.

Just eat clean avoiding all fried and highly processed food.

Eats only wholesome natural
Food as much as possible

Bro you know what Psyllium Husk is? Metamucil? Can make into drink.

Soluble fibre. After meals. Helps to make you feel fuller and also bind to carbs and fat. Also helps with bowels.

Not expensive. Easy to add to routine.

Psyllium (usually as husk or powder) is a fiber derived from the plant Plantago psyllium that is able to bind to fatty acids and cholesterol from the diet; it can increase fecal moisture and weight. Psyllium is most often used forGut Health.

Best again check with doc who will probably prescribe you glucose meds which you MUST follow alongside your meals and ask your doc what it means to have “good carbs”.
don simply change diet while on meds.
