Merc driver did contribute to the accident, he accelerated his vehicle and tried to prevent the Saab from overtaking. That causes the Saab to knock into his vehicle; in an attempt to lose the Merc, the Saab driver tried to chiong the red light... The Saab driver is mostly responsible for the tragedy but the Merc isn't blameless...

It takes 2 hands to clap, both parties are at fault, the Merc driver to a lesser degree.

I can give u 3 scenarios
scenario 1
White merc speed up and succeed in prevent black car from over taking, he no choice have to slow down and will stop at the red light.

Scenario 2
White merc never speed up but black car still overtake and plow through the traffic, tragedy ensued.

Scenario 3 which is our reality,
Merc speed up but fail to prevent black car from overtaking, racing through traffic…

Saab driver chose to overtake dangerously instead of slowing down when path was blocked.

Wonder if more videos would surface of the saab bugger, from other road users he had recklessly overtaken along his trip to hell. At the point he met the white merz, vehicle movement seemed pretty confident.
