How to deal with colleagues that don't deliver and u have to keep checking on them like mother hen?

You cannot manage customer and manage internal.

Well u just feedback the project delays to the project sponsors lo. Other than that not your problem liao. They can do their witch-hunt themselves.
I feel like if they dun care,I also don't care. Let clients escalate. So far no escalation because I have been acting their like personal assistant.

But I know once i don't do that and wait for the actual deliverables on the specified timeline, they confirm cannot meet. Then we all as a team will die together.

Like their PA, everyday asking them done when they dun meet deadline or no response.

So sick of this :(
My boss will say you walk to them, you text them , try diff method

But why is it my job to manage their jobs?!
I have colleague who act blur n don’t deliver but still get promoted n special increment
Reason boss like him and give him chances

we have to draft email and project idea for him. And he take these n submitted under his name.

Then u ask for promotion to manage them as well. What u doing is not part of job scope. If your boss reject, then will give u excuse to hands off.

the boss told me managing project part of the job is manage the team that is in charge of delivering.

Then you make him announce that the team members report to you. You should be expecting updates from them and not the other way round.

If no updates then you go to your boss. You should not be talking to team members directly.

they r very senior people , older than me n longer in company than me . I m like the 'youngest' there. :(

take video and audio evidence show to boss or all official communication with them also CC your boss, pull your boss into the watsapp chat working group.

I did all of these....so far still nothing done. sometimes the boss will verbally say sack them. end up still in company like furniture.

Less than 1 year. Cannot throw letter yet as Covid jobless so need this job to rebuild my saving.
