I m another living proof beside ts, to have reverse our poor health with eating wholesome natural food.
Before I embraced on eating wholesome natural food, my entire family ate out for all meals, including dining in fine restaurants.
I suffered from all sg common ailments:
Fatty liver, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, endometriosis, thyroid disease etc
I can’t stop high blood pressure etc medicine. I stopped taking thyroid medicine.
Most of my ailments are almost of no concerned today with my new diets with eating of lots of vegetables proteins and minimal carbohydrates.
My first born depression is healed too with our balanced diets.
I always feel frustrated with news of sg population with depression, diabetics etc
It isn’t difficult to be reversed. Yet nothing is done to truly help them. Dispensing of Medicine n more medicine and surgeries ain’t the solution.
it is all due to their poor diets: all carbohydrates n sugar n nothing …
Isn’t char kway teow, wanton noodles, law mee, prawn noodles and even fish ball noodles are carbohydrates = sugar.
Nasi lemak, laksa, mee siam etc are mostly carbohydrates…
In any hawker centre, it is so hard to find more than 3 stalls selling Cai png…
No incentive for hawkers to sell cos the same bowl of noodles can sell for $5,
Why bother to work so hard to cook so many dishes to sell for the same $5?
I have seen edmers lamenting is so hard to find food that is healthy eating out.
MOH and NEA ought to do something drastic to change sg diets…
Building more polyclinics, dialysis centers, hospitals etc won’t be of help.
More n more elderly and some in their 50s are moving around in assisted vehicles.
It is a sad reality. Worst of all, they don’t even know how they got themselves into this sorry state. Doctors have no clue too cos they aren’t trained well in nutrition. They are too bz too.
Some doctors I shared my juicing and meals photos were amazed by it. They wished they had time to do what I m doing.
If you aren’t eating nutritiously, no amount of exercises nor gym runs will save you from the same fate as most sg.
Our jlb are paid well to have maids to cook them nutritious food.
They aren’t a-bit affected nor concerned.
Our health minister calls to choose less sugar n salt is of no help. Eating carbohydrates whether with more to no salt won’t make it a healthy meal.
It is what it is Carbohydrate = sugar.
If you have sugar lifelong, what can be the outcome = chronic illnesses = slow death.
Whenever we went traveling for about a week or more, we would come home finding our 2 kids down with cough or flu. They didn’t cook and ate out = thrash. We would be bz nursing them with juices and healthy meals.
Garbage in = garbage out!
I m not here to challenge anyone.
I meant to help spread the words that Sg can enjoy good health if they know the root cause and take the corrective steps like ts and myself had done.
