can. however relocation fee apply.Anyone done relocation before, if i renew now is 2 yrs contract my hse will be ready in abt 1.8-2 yrs time , can move existing plan over?
for 3Gbps plan, what's the speed of the ethernet port @ bridged ONR ? 10Gbps?
for the digital phone, do they support port-in?

I have a newbie question to ask. I am currently using Asus XT8. Was considering to subscribe from my current m1 1gpbs to ViewQwest 3 or 5gbps.
Will my current router maximise the speed? Or this will be bottleneck?
Thanks alot man. This answer. Might consider the 3gbps plan thenyour router wan speed is 2.5G, so your max speed is 2.5G from isp

nothe sfp+ module addon is interesting, will it work if I buy it and try it on MR? haha
Bridged ONR (yes you can treat it as ONT). You can use your router to its full capability.
VQ using private ip now... not sure whats that but need to pay for static ip....cso just emailed me to confirm which one i prefer since i using static ip
Bridge mode only? I use their ONT as a router, with the NAS and ATV connected directly to it since they are all nearby.
It's a pretty good deal.
5Gbps plan without router for 24 months: $56.99 * 24 - $240 = $1127.76
5Gbps plan with eero max 7 (2-node) for 24 months: $86.99 * 24 - $240 = $1847.76
So, you're paying $720 for a 2-node eero max 7, which is worth $1560.
i believe the ONT need to change, as current is 1000baseT <full-duplex>

Are you on the new 3Gbps/5Gbps/10Gbps plan? The description says bridged XGS-PON ONR and only one ONR port is working.
Need to wait for more information to see if it can be configured as ONR. Take note the other ONR LAN ports are only at 1Gbps. Power users will usually avoid unbriged ONR.
If you are using the old VQ 2Gbps plan, then you have the GPON ONR (and can not be bridged). If you are on older VQ 1Gbps plan, then you may get either GPON ONT or GPON ONR (can be bridged).
VQ 3Gbps/5Gbps/10Gbps typical setup using eero Max as a reference.

eero Max 7 (2-node) option is a good option if you like it. If you do not like it or you have better options like using Unifi ecosystem (eg: UDM SE plus U7 Pro), then you may still want to go for the no router option.
And usually some people will start to dump the eero Max 7 on Carousell and the effective price will go down pretty fast. Existing example if the Starhub issued TP-Link EB810v and MR issued TP-Link Archer BE805 (10G capable WiFi 7 router), both have the price down below S$400 in Carousell.
I expect eero Max 7 dual-pack to be below S$1000 BNIB in Carousell pretty soon. Usually my prediction was not correct as the price is often below my prediction...
Dongknows review of eero Max 7 is not positive.

No, I need Router mode, otherwise, I won't change the plan. I've contacted support but haven't received a response. According to the page, both router and bridge modes are supported. I'm fine with NAS and ATV connecting to the 1Gbps GE ports.
