What is leaking valve actually is?
Blood seep into the valve?
We have valves in each chamber that controls the flow of the blood, which is one way. When the valve is weak, the blood does not flow in the direction as it should, it flows backwards. This means blood is not reaching to different parts of your body effectively. You may experience shortness of breath, dizziness or swelling in your legs. Your heart has to work harder to pump the blood. Over time, it will lead to heart failure.

Wait for medical studies to flip prata again. Maybe we will soon see the key to a healthy heart is to eat fried food and drink bubble tea everyday
My sister's case is an outlier. I asked her if she had checked that the name on the report is correct! As I've said, the blockage can also occur in the neck and brain area, unless you go for check up in these areas.

Sad case.....this week , a friend passed away.
Only 43 , married with 3 kids.
Got to know that deceased was diagnosed with leaking valve in heart. But refused to go for operation as he worried complications of operation. After sending all kids to school, not long after he just collapsed and passed on.

I read up more about valve leaking. This would lead to cardiac arrest.
Bui Bui?

Are u excluded from most insurance ?
excluded from all heart-related.
very unlikely for my family to be able to claim in event of any mishap to me, because many things (even stroke, traffic accident, etc) can somewhat link to cardiac arrest or something..

Then how? Like doc is still human n based on their experience or feeling

hope u will find a gui ren soon to help u with yr prob
generally is no cure, heart only gets weaker when one gets older. only way is to go for op for long-term cure, but if too old then cannot tahan open-heart surgery.
i'll try to go for echo every 5 years after 50.. so at least any changes doctor can advise.

My son had a nose surgery when he was about 20 yo. Hospitalised 3 days (remember nil food).

He had some sinus issues, always rubbing nose. Then sleeping time breathing through mouth + snoring.

The surgery fixed most of his issues. After he recovered, he exclaimed that he never knew normal breathing is such a good feeling.

He recovered very fast after the surgery coz was young.

*I (or he) could choose not to fix his issues as those were not life threatening but for quality of life, it's worth to get the surgery done despite some risks involved. He still having some sinus issues now though but the snoring etc issues resolved.
Heard from heart surgeon told me got 1 guy in 25yo also heart valve leak and after operation he already recovered;)

Ya people talk like damn easy to decide. But I can't tell most people will be more scared of undergoing surgery unless is like the doctor tell them they gonna die in months that type.
most people talk until got dragon and label others name.
when incoming illness hits them with many implications, they probably become the same labels they said earlier when they were fine.
