that fee is not by yt, it's the ATM's own fee. USA got some cards that refunds you the fee as their way of making their card to have no ATM withdrawal fee regardless of where you use it.

did you take the convert or not convert final option?

not including the fee, what was your rate vs spot.

giving that today is a bank holiday, i think the exchange rate will not be good?
