I have been accepting whatever that has been thrown to me by my bosses and company for the past few years.

The worst was I attended my ex company event recently as a client and saw my ex boss. He still has the cheek to tell me I must be happier now and at a better place even though they were the ones who retrenched me and cut me off my bonus last year. F shameless

How do you know your CEP? I heard CEP now changed to LP or something, isn't it the same thing, just a different name?

you dont lol officially... but ur bosses know. it something u figure out along the way through hints and certain tone
