What you'll do:
As Chief of Staff, you will be at the heart of our operations, providing paramount support to our C Suite. Your role will involve running strategic projects, managing packed schedules, addressing administrative needs, and collaborating with global colleagues. What you bring:
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience supporting C-level executives, preferably CEOs/Founders in FinTech, VC, consulting or a high-growth tech start-up
  • Experience managing and implementing large strategy projects at either a management consulting firm or at a large company
  • Hands-on attitude, strong execution, a high level of resilience, and happy to roll up your sleeves and get involved in the varied work associated with supporting a Founder of a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to demonstrate a strong strategic and commercial mindset
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and calendar management tools

As a Senior Investment Portfolio Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying market trends and incorporating them into the company's offerings. You will be responsible for screening multiple markets to build relationships with potential investment partners. Your excellent leadership skills will be utilised as you lead analysts and interns on the analysis and valuation of investment opportunities. You already say you have a different risk definition..... means dusky also have different definition, so is still down to personal choice la :s22:

Exercise is also a personal choice what. If i want to be lazy and in turn cause health issues in the future, even if it's a mistake it's still my choice what!
First statement - It is a question of whether who decide to equate the risk to a certain word and word's definition. It wasn't a personal choice for me when I look at volatility and permanent loss of capital. It was between me and Milo. I don't intend to bring risk definition to Dusky at all and I never mention risk or any definition to Dusky at all.

Second statement - it is evasive approach to shut down to 'personal choice'. It is much sensible to expand why one is not willing. You already describe that you are lazy. That is good clarity at the start.
