Moi indirectly using singtel last time . If you can get 5g, means moi also can :s13:

But now have some problem via another AS number, ask sinktel to fix si bei difficult. Being a month.

AcFun used to be very popular and comparable to Bilibili (https://www.bilibili.com/). Later almost out of business but acquired by Kuaishou/Kwai in 2018.

Looks like both are using CDN.

their pricing not damn ex but crazy ex .

Their per mbps is (not 1x, 2x ), it's 3x (thirty hor, not 3 dollars) USD per mbps, 100mbps till 1G (100% china bound traffic) . This is for Singapore. Of course, there's option to do mix like 80% international, 20% china.. i think (others can)

you are right. No telco can afford 100% China traffic. The price is far too expensive. The three China telcos are not stupid, they are all abang adik.

just tested on both OS, seems like ubuntu always faster. those underlying tcp optimization is slight difference (by default). Any expert on this ? I have those dedicated links between countries but even a lot of sessions, not able to fill up :s34:

This one is speedtest to CT. Not the lowest latency for sure but good compromised for money spend to subscribe to such connection :s13:
