I also stuck at "Tag issued not activated" has been in this status for 30 to 40 days.

After reading I've made a request to TnG to update with my ID number. According to TnG, for foreigners need to display passport number. So ID will only be undated in their back end and will not be displayed.

So wonder how long more to wait.

Ha. u go try to go further. All slot state full full full.
And cant they do a full month view. If that day is full then become red and cant click. Slot available then show green and go in.

Have to go in day by day and time by time to see any slot. At the end. whole of sept no slot. And Oct, Nov dont event show any timing slot...........................................

Yah... Only realise it now. Not really urgent for the VEP tag, but if can obtain in Oct, it would tick 1 item off my to do list.

ppl ard me i had advise them to go dangabay n had been effective... ya i noe the crowd there is bad but still most u waste 1day than u waste many days to wait for the email to come back.

I'm renewing my VEP from 2019 which has already expired. Submitted the docs at Danga Bay, 1 week later deactivated in the system, and just submitted the renewal application. Next step is to upload the LTA docs and NRIC I think.
I'm not in a rush to get the RFID tag, had it on my car for 5 years I didn't use it, always use the physical card at toll booths. Just want to get the paperwork in order by the end of this month.

Advise which one to choose? Postage or collect at Woodlands? Will they help to paste at Woodlands?

Since you are aware collection can be done in Woodlands, please refresh by reading again what are the details.

Hi everyone! i need some advice from the gurus here. i am stuck with the registration as my car is a 2nd hand car and need to contact previous owner to dereg it. i emailed VEP since june but till now still no response.

I read through the previous posts and one options is to go down to VEP centre at Danga Bay to get it done.

Just wanted to check with you all:

1) is the centre open on weekend? i checked on google, it says it's open from 9am to 9pm, but... you never know D:

2) can everything be done on the same day, if i go in super early like heng heng manage to be 1st in line? i already got my TnG set up and everything. just need to settle this dereg of the 2nd hand car from the previous owner.

Went down to danga bay office.
Reached at 8am. Office open at 9am but queue already long. There is inquiry queue and appointment queue. For those with problems like me cannot dereg old car is
Inquiry.

I got queue no. 43. I heard only 200 tickets issued per day. I only got called at 130pm.

I told staff I submit my document since jul and keep asking for updates. They say it's common. I didn't bring any hardcopy and have to go nearby shop print. They do not accept softcopies. Please bring hard copies along and that will save u sometime. They only took the hardcopies of the PDF I submitted via email and ask me to wait again for notification to be sent via registered email.

I ask them if no response how? Staff say to visit them again at danga bay.

What a mess, this VEP.

Submitted all photos and documents to register my RFID tag 3 weeks ago but still stuck at "Tag issued but not activated" status. Can u pls advise what else needs to be done on my side, or just keep waiting for the activation? Thx

"Your eWallet account is inactive. Kindly download and register via TnG eWallet Mobile App. Also verify your eWallet profile with the same NRIC and registered Mobile Phone Number in order to complete the submission."

I faced this error message despite TnG already changing my account details to NRIC and informing me that my ewallet account is actually active.

Emailed VEP/TCSens but no response..

Anyone faced similar issues? I am wondering is it because my previous VEP had expired and deactivated, affecting this new application.

Same problem, change liao but vep side never update or reply email, u can try deleting tng and recreate account.
