had order the tag on 14/8 still no sound no picture... supposedly shld have a email on the delivery status but until now duno y dun have...

Hi we have similar issues.

Need to deregister old car first then can apply vep. I sent in email last month with chaser email. Still no reply until today.

today finally giving in...want to seriously apply for VEP.

noticed I did one application previously for my old car which has been scrapped, using same number plate...
they rejected my application.

Anyone knows how to remove my previous old car application so they can accept my new car w same number plate?

actually i tink you guys go down to tcsens office faster.... i noe que is long but bo bian... send email very hard to get it done de... i timed myself from my 1st email till i able to order my tag its already 2mths... now i tink by the time i receive my tag it will be at the 3rd mth mark...

a few of my friends went down on tis issue they can solve but still u gonna wait for some email... to sum up all everything is juz a big waiting game...

Finally my VEP RFID Tag is activated. I have the following question:
1. Should I go into TnG app and activate again?
2. Can I now just drive through customs and carparks; and don't have to tap TnG card with immediate effect?

2. Yes for Customs & some Tolls, not car parks.

I paid mine on 21-Aug and till now, nothing at all.....the status is still same as "Pending for Tag processing".
I thought supposed to receive in 10 days after payment (according to the email)?

For me after payment ...it took 2 weeks for them to ship...from shipping it 2 weeks to arrive! ...after I sent RFID installation photo, it took 2 weeks to activate...

Seems like EACH step is 2 weeks...

finally de-registered my motorcar and successfully registered my new car.

now the next issue i facing is trying to login to vepams.jpj.gov.my to upload the COE, NRIC and Insurance doc, but they kept saying my password is wrong...
i used the same login for the normal vep website and no problem.

anyone face similar issue?

I did a reset of my password and it solved the issue already.

Now the tricky part.

Upon submission, the box popped up and says my eWallet acct is inactive, need me to download and register via TnG eWallet app. Also verify eWallet profile w same nric and hp to complete the submission.

I had this TnG app with my details of old passport. And the app does not allow me to update new passport as well...anyone has similar issue and what do you do to update new passport for TnG app?
My TnG app already is verified previously with my old passport years ago.

Touch n go account and relink my IC. Had to call Touch n Go ewallet hotline to solve my issue.

my registration at VEP can be submitted successfully. Now pending verification fingers crossed.

Maybe I shd delete away my Touch n go account ans recreate a new one to solve the updating problem too? That will be faster than waiting for them to respond on how to update new details
