This one is depends on company policy. My company dun encash , so definitely have to finish if not forfeit and you lugi.

Even if resign, the remaining AL will be calculated for ur notice period and last day. There is just no encash at all
You are right. I can't encash my leave either! Dammit

My last day is one month later but today is my last day in office. So I forfeit 12 days leave but get one month off I guess
Lai time to celebrate at ZAM ZAM, Murtabak, Lamb Shank, Mee goreng. Too bad they dun serve LIQOR. If not open bottle of WHISKEY single Malt. HUAT AH. :) :grin: (y)

My last day is one month later but today is my last day in office. So I forfeit 12 days leave but get one month off I guess
As long as after today you dun have to work until ur last day which is one month later. Then you earn the 12 days leave provided they pay you also

no idea.... think cant hit the numbers. I feel it their loss instead of mine cause i am thinking of options alr. I think i am replaceable... but will be pretty hard to replace.


3 years ago, hmm i guess extra money and i work hard i would say it rather important., need to wait for the letter but the increment cant beat inflation for sure.

just got my increment 200 dollar... 1 month bonus lol.
