But this morning, heard it also affected singtel itself and other mvnos.

But whenever singtel having issues, no one seems to make it loud. Only when m1 or starhub having small issues, peoppe magnify it.
i do agree there are alot of "fiery" people

Depend on the duration bah. This time less than 30min? And its usable for me at 3G signals. The others can be down for hours?

I am one of the minority who makes noise about ST MVNO having bad 4G connectivity in some buildings of central areas. My other phone with ST main line does not have such issue. Maybe MVNO plan is too cheap for them to care.

Your ST main line is 5G right. Yeah, it's how singtel set their priority level. Mvno gets lowest priority. That's being said, my data in tunnel is slow. Make noise to mvno also no use. They are also cannot do anything

anyone have call oversea/malaysia recently from Singapore, how much it will cost?
it's kind of weird. I tried calling a local number that is roaming in China for a good 2minutes. I though i will be charged hefty charge, but i wasn't billed for this. It was free for me.

I checked the FAQ, one needs IDD mins to call out, but apparently, my plan ($10.10) does not have any IDD mins nor did I have any IDD add-ons. But still i'm able to call out. In the FAQ, it states, if no idd pack, cannot call out.

tried, cannot call out to Malaysia, but the apps stated IDD ready, probably still need to purchase IDD package before making calls to overseas

You are dialing a local number so it’s as if you’re making a local call and usage will be deducted from your local call talktime. The person receiving your call will be billed for roaming calls if their mobile plan doesn’t include it for free.

IDD plan is only needed when you’re dialing an overseas number from Singapore. Zym does not have per per use for this, unlike other Singtel MVNOs like Vivifi, Zero1 and CMLink.

You will need to subscribe to IDD plan before you can call overseas number from Singapore. There is no pay per use unlike other Singtel MVNOs like Vivifi, Zero1 and CMLink.

Understand, but the SG local number I am calling is roaming in China. The person is using simba hence it's free incoming for the person.

By right even if it's overseas number or local SG number roaming in the country, we should be billed.

Just like simba, before their plan change, those plans without IDD, the person cannot call overseas due to insufficient amount. Once there are available funds, then can call overseas.

If the SG number is call is roaming overseas, it shouldn't be billed as local call. Thats why Which i find it weird,
