yup. I remember buying it during covid, in 2021, 3 years liao. Yesterday my Tv went back to normal. But it seems my TV starts to have old people problem, sometimes will act up.
My Philips also bought during covid and died 3 years later. 😅
Hope my new Sony lasts longer ... 🙏

I'll monitor for now. Right now my 3 years + TV back to normal after a relapse last week. There is still faint white line on the top after suffering from a stroke few months back. My considerations is to go back to Samsung as i find Tizen OS still more fluid, though it's not android, at least it can link easily with my samsung phone

just to share:

I bought Q1 55" a while ago.
it had this problem where it would turn on by itself, usually at 5am or so, randomly.
so its quite a scare when you wake up early in the morning and find your TV blasting some ch5 show.

first time i contacted them, the tech came down to replace the whole circuit board/motherboard at the back of the TV. i asked him and he said others have this issue too.

but after replacement, the same thing still happened on random days. still at about 5am +/-
yes, i've done all those factory reset stuff.

so i contacted them again, on facebook messenger like the first time. i said i demand a replacement set. i dont want the Q1. I want the Q2. and i want the 65", i can top up.
so they made an appt for me. 2 tech came down with a new TV.

they packed up my set, assembled the Q2 55" for me. since then all, is good. no issues with the TV. but too bad i couldnt get the 65". no biggie as i didnt harbour high hopes for it.

all these happened after i used the Q1 for 1 yr+ so its within the warranty period.

later i contacted them again. gave them my serial number etc... asked them about the warranty of the new set, Q2.

I was very very surprised when i got back the reply that my warranty starts again on the day they replaced it for me and i got a new 3 year warranty again

pretty impeccable service so far

good advertisement
lol im not advertising for them. its for real

however i do have an issue with my old 43S which i bought. not from them, but by one of those PIs
only had 1 yr warranty.
the silly TV screen has an issue. every now and then when i start it up, all the lines will appear. horizontal and vertical.
when i brought it to their svc ctr at IMM. it was fine.
when i brought it back home, the lines reappeared.
later then i find out that when i pull out the TV and push it back from my wall (cos i have a wall mount) or when i grip it on the sides and give it a twist, the lines will disappear.
its like something is loose
problem persists till this day. i think it has been 3 yrs or so
and before that. i bought another prism+ 43"
that one also had a problem of silently turning itself on. but their CS was good too. they let me use it indefinitely while i made my decision to buy another model, get a replacement or refund.
so i quickly got a refund to buy xiaomi instead (which was cheaper)

Looking to get 55inch, which one you guys recommend ? Weird that TV A Pro specs look worst than Q2.

Q2 55" $567 vs TV A Pro 55" $501
