Though it is possible that the Court of Appeal and the High Court, when looking into the potential appeal case, may have made the same judgment, perhaps Pritam feel that for 3 judges to have to be responsible for the decision instead of only a single judge would let the Court of Appeal judges debate more amongst themselves to deliver a more reasonable explanation to their verdict?
