rent out the whole bigger flat. then rent a 2 room to stay instead

I am thinking of this idea recently

Say one rents out his 4r flat at $4k, and rents a 2r for $2500, he still earns $1500
Even after property tax, still profit >$15k a year

But if say, rent a house in JB for sgd1k ,still profit >$30k a year

not everyone comfortable living with a bunch of strangers at home

Either privacy or money
Can't have best of both worlds

Great if you frequent to JB, and it is also near marsiling MRT
Can also consider renting out the flat after MOP while you rent a house in JB, maybe can stop working too
But get a 5r flat to max the rental

I don't frequent to JB. I went to the Woodland, Bukit Batok, Pasir Ris and Bayshore sites to view. Bayshore is my favourite but it was Plus so out of my list. Woodland site, the blocks are not so cramp like Bukit Batok so was thinking of Woodland.

Different stacks have different levels within same block. 31/40 means there’s stacks till 31F and other stacks till 40F.
