Sorry I can't remember where I bought the Jarrah from. I think was NTUC but am not certain. Was years ago.

Oh my current Manuka is only UMF15. . I used to take UMF24... but downgraded this year cos so expensive 😫

We, as human also need bacteria to thrive, there are good and bad bacteria in our body, u eat such a high dosage of antibac, it is akin to setting off a nuke, a blanket ban killing everyone.
Will it be good?

Normally plain water

sometimes individual/timely preferences
like add to coconut water instead;
or squeeze some lemon/lime;
or even add a little salt
for taste & purpose~

replace ordinary sugar to one's daily tea;
salad/meal etc.
