More than RCR/OCR, the connectivity also matters. Normanton park and ulu pandan launches are RCR but very poor connectivity.

Note for new launch buyers, the developer will usually create a new child company for new project which will dissolve as soon as project top or csc, releasing them from any on going defect dispute or liability. Please beware. And legal action need to be taken to stop the new company from dissolving and wash hands.
