I got some at 97 cents today. Wonder if will continue dropping or not. Its very near 52 week low.
do note they just XD last month 3.5 cents, so its still more 'expensive' then buying at 97 cents before XD.
Keeping for long term so a few cents doesn't really matter.
Averaged down more today at 0.905, each time buy $800-$1k slowly slowly.
Already reaching 52 week low. See next week price will hold or not.
Am sure @limster will come in to buy more and suppork the price

I see this price like non-stop falling since breaking below 1.00
Most reits have the same fate ever since announcement that rates may not fall as fast as expected.
FLCT just XD $0.03, need to take that into account. I will queue for it next week. Have been using my money to buy NKE, MCD and LLY recently, but should be able to cash out for profit next week.

I take slow slow steps to average down for this. Each time touch 0.91 (and every 2-3 cents lower from there) I buy 500 units nia.

I am losing money on FLCT. I have about $50k+, average price $1.05-$1.10.
If I count dividends, collecting about 7 cents dividend a year for the past 3 years I have barely broken even.
If I want to average down and move the needle on my average buying price, have to buy a bit more.
At the end of the day you win some and lose some, overall, my YTD portfolio is between 10-15% and thats ok for me (still lose to S&P500 and Nasdaq though )

Every 300-500 units my total fees are like 70-90 cents. A far cry from the era when every purchase I made minimum fee was $28 loh. So those few cents more I pay thru multiple small purchases are negligible.
Is not deep pockets, but rather I buy in tiers and each tier has a fixed sum of funds allocated to it. So as long the price is within that tier, I will buy gradually loh. No hit price no buy.
