Then you should email to complain about the no show and ask SH for compensation and then call SH 1633 to ask for appointment slot and compensation. That time they never bring the router to my home and i got the compensation when i asked for it.I have signed up on 15 Dec and selected 24 Dec 2pm to 4pm. I received email for the order confirmation. No one turned up today. I called 1633 and they just simply told me the order is under "pending" and no appointment was made. If were to cancel, there are cancellation charges. Anyone has this issues?
EDIT: Proceeded with cancellation with "one time courtesy" of waiver
