If u really go court, ur lawyer fees will be more than the damages. So most will avoid unless u wan throw money & teach the bugger a lesson.

Your insurance CMI la... Usually if u can prove their liability... Your own insurance will make other side pay for it ...

ur insurance is comprehensive or 3rd party. if got sufficient evidence should hoot all the way leh. or go consult lawyer, with solid evidence just let them settle, 100% claim plus legal cost, don't let the bugger zao
