I don’t see WP winning Marine Parade though. Harpreet is the star candidate but every star candidate needs to be partnered with a known face team captain (in GE2020 Jamus was the star candidate and He Ting Ru was the known face team captain) … and my money is on Yee Jenn Jong - the existing known face team captain for Marine Parade - being pulled over to Ajunied to take Leon’s seat … just as Gerald and Leon were both known faces by the time they took over LTK’s and CSM’s seats.

I don’t know any other known face they can pull over to Marine Parade to be the team captain … we’ll have to see what WP comes up with.

WP has no chance to win Marine Parade against Tan See Leng.

If Harpreet is smart, he should persuade WP to put him in Aljunied or Sengkang GRC to be guaranteed of a MP spot.

First Pasir Ris - Punggol GRC should split into two different GRC as Punggol is large enough already. Sun Xue Ling heads Punggol GRC is bao jiak.

Then East Coast GRC should be split into 3 parts.

1 part goes to Pasir Ris to form Pasir Ris - East Coast GRC (should be Flora Rd that side all the way to Changi Village and Ubin)

1 part goes to Tampines (Simei side).

Last part goes to Marine Parade (some part of Bedok).

This should be the real East Coast Plan, to chop the meat and share with others, which was why HSK had a hard trying to announce this during election (joking of course)
