I keep getting recommendation for Chocolate Finance but im really unsure is it safe to invest in them.

Go to any of the branch and enquire about it, they will provide a form for you to fill up and also pass you the tncs after you're done.

Because that would yield an insane whopping 7% effective rate for 100k on those 3 months if so..

This is a ymmv situation, can try to see if they allow to participate with the account and report back 3-4 months later

Worse case don't get the interest for the multiplier rate though. I'd personally not risk it, until someone confirms it works.

yes, it is quite a good deal cap at $100k for Multiplier a/c, have done this with similar type DBS Treasures promos.
