Email notification for Samsung Ring - 3 Feb 8.10pm order shipped

SF SMS - 4 Feb 8.48pm order delivering today.
Order delivered - 944am.

Guess what? It was for the Samsung Ring.
I'm impressed how every year Samsung just find a way to have problem with delivery.

P.s. tracking link for S25U still nothing. And I even got the sizing Ring first

Nothing new la. Their online store is quite badly run.

My experience to get an iPad via Apple Store last year was so much better. Basically very accurate tracking of the remaining inventory. Next day i can walk in to an Apple Store to pick up the purchase.

You are spot on. Every year. Every launch, same issues from the online store.

I have to agree that Apple really manage their customer experience much better especially when they have their new launches. More well prepared.

Mine bought on the 31st Jan, status Preparing Order.... estimated delivery 19 Feb! So long......make ppl stress only waiting while seeing others getting theirs already
