Lol trade in today, then realized the back cover of the s23u coming off.. heng i still got one month of care+ left... Going to service first then re-trade in

Thank goodness, doorstep service is still included in Care+.

Edit: As pointed out by ahtea this is only pickup/dropoff. Not repair. Very disappointing downgrade.

what is the $58 screen repair?
I found out from others in this thread that Samsung is doing the repair for S22 series etc for green / pink / coloured lines on the screen at a discounted price of $58 instead of $2xx. Need to call CSO to confirm before going down to the service centre.

Yea, do it first. I am waiting for my S25U to come before i send my S23U in to fix the same issue.

I kinda expected the 14th Feb date is not going to be accurate. We shall see how far off this round they get.

My point is. If they have a lot lf back logs, they should just pause the sales and not let greed take over customer service.

Is it door step repair or door step pick up?

I recalled they used to have a doorstep repair service for Care+.

Now i read the terms and condition, it seems to say its door step collection and return.

Actually i think is not a delivery issue. But the issue on the supply chain management system.

How they manage the orders and customer expectations is a bit off to my experience.

Not going to harp on the issues i experienced before. But yea, just hope they are doing it better this round.

Ah good catch. Unfortunately it's pickup and not repair. Sigh the doorstep repair was a real lifesaver for me last time when my S22U screen cracked.
