Have you been communicated previously just that you didn’t take note? And then they haven’t chase?
did you check with them?
Maybe they haven't got enough pax?
Contacted the person from travel agent and always say later... Then no follow up.
They haven't chase for payment.
at the time of booking say this is confirmed date and will go no matter how many people joined.
Even two?
Which agency?
To where?
there are 4 of us already. And said got few more.
Travel Star (People Park Complex). Tour going to Norway & Finland.
If cancelled will u choose other iterinary?
Not sure if I want to take another chance with the same company. Really leave us hanging.
I checked their Google review.
Happened to one of their customers on a different iterinary this mth.

strange check their website & they don't have tour going Norway & Finland?
have u got detailed itinerary from them including guide contact, flight details, accomodations etc
I think it's consolidation.

Should buy as soon as you make your first payment for any travel related stuff
Update on this. After made full payment, last friday then tell us tour cancelled due to 'bad weather' and offered replacement.
But the replacement was really lousier than the original package even after revising 4-5 times.
When we came over they even asked us to top up more money to take up the replacement tour.
So we ended up getting full refund instead.
Today we got the refund back. Now we're scrambling to go free and easy.
