Any possibility to start a petition to garner support for getting the prosecution to consider amending the man's charges to include murder?

not sure which is worse, murder with intention or manslaughter but dun give a damn. first one imply u considered repurcussion, the other implies its like swatting a fly.....

Murder is with intention (pre-meditated), it carries the hanging sentence.

Manslaughter is without intention - ie: fight and push one against a nail which caused death. Usually jail sentence.

To burn the kid's body in a barrel, it's a different charge.

That's for the judge to decide, let's not judge others ba, not within our rights to do so also. The conscience is the people's to live with.

Sb say he dreamt of his daughter in black. But I thought it's the grandma dreamt of her? Who is the one who call the police? Him or the grandma?

Their acts against their own flesh and blood was unforgivable. No way one could be so evil. Poor Megan. Poor little girl.

Despicable cowards who pleaded guilty at once when faced with a possible death penalty. I hope they die in prison.

Rip little angel.

what conscience?
the articles described the parts where poor Megan, despite her young age and not aware of why she going thru all these abuse, pleaded for food and clothes but fell on deaf ears. The only adequate and just outcome is for these 2 monsters to die a terrible death in prison

Why so angst?

Everybody has a conscience, it's just they use it, or not.

Whatever the outcome is, the onus is on them, not us. No need to get upset.
